Payment

GUARDTEC accepts T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C(Letter of Credit) only. For credit sale, please ask to our sales representative. However, credit is not acceptable in normal case.
Customer must transfer without any taxes or bank charge deducted.


Order

Please, confirm you have received Order Acknowledgement to make sure any discrepancy occurred. If you have not received any notice from us within 24hrs, please contact us immediately.


Minimum Order Requirement

There is no minimum order requirement to our customer. All orders are welcome.


Change or Cancel Order

To change or cancel your order, contact our sales representative through email, phone, fax or any electric forms generally accepted. Then, please make sure you have received change or cancellation notice from GUARDTEC.


Shipping Date / Shipping

GUARDTEC will ship all orders within 10day from receipt of payment. However, shipping schedule can be longer than 10day up on quantity, stacks, and other unexpected conditions.


Packing

GUARDTEC will pack products in standard carton box and inner box shall be used for each product.

GUARDTEC provides different warranty period for each product line. For more detail information, please refer our warranty policy.
